Returns & Exchanges

For any exchange or return you must contact us via email info@josepoves.com and follow the instructions that will be communicated to you.

Changes and returns will be made respecting the following conditions.

1. The client has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal (exchange or return).

2. In the forwarding you can attach a note with the reason for the return.

3. The return shipping costs of the product will be paid by the consumer. Josepoves.com will not accept in any case due postage packages.

4. Once it is verified that the merchandise is in perfect condition, josepoves.com will proceed to the refund of the amount of the item, as well as the costs corresponding to the initial shipment.

6. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

7. The refund of the amount due will be made in the means of payment that you have used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 15 days.
