We do not know what lies in the deepest caverns of the minds of others.
Even the people closest to us can struggle to see our true colors—happiness, anxiety, or depression may not be as apparent from the outside in as they are from the inside out.
The Madness In Our Minds is a collection of 30 pieces in which I explore the depths of what lies within our subconscious perceptions.
Too often we are tormented by negative thoughts and feelings and decide to hide them from the world in an attempt to protect ourselves and the ones around us from the clutch of despair.
In an age of peace and prosperity, mental illnesses have plagued our society and made their way into the minds of adults and children around the globe.
The best we can do is open our minds.
